Ron has decided to not fly to Maryland this weekend to attend the viewing. He will fly there on January 5 for the memorial service planned for Mrs. Gayer on January 6. So, at least that is decided.

I am making cookies with the guys this afternoon. I am trying not to go batshit, but it really drives me crazy at times to work with them. One of the cookies we are making is a root beer cookie (in today's Washington Post). I hope these come out because I love root beer.
