Yesterday, Elias had his 5 year physical. Dr. Cochran said that Elias is in great shape -- he is in perfect health and is at the 90%ile for height and the 75%ile for weight. He also is busting out in warts all over the place. Dr. Cochran froze six of them and said that we would wait until next time to do the rest (can you believe there are more?). He also got his final Hepatitis A vaccine done -- and was a complete trooper about it.

Today was Andy's Thanksgiving program (21 minutes). It was great -- they did songs and poems and a story. We did not have an encore.

Here is Andy doing his special lines in the program. He was perfect!

Then we (the parents) were all invited to go back to the 2nd grade classroom for pumpkin pie and apple juice. You know, pumpkin pie is really gross. I was asked by the room mom to bring whipped cream. Of course, I brought whipped cream, in a bowl, that I had whipped myself. Everyone else brought those Redi-whip things -- I just don't get it. It is so easy to make whipped cream, why would you go for a can, unless it is just to serve one or two people? Ah well. It wasn't all gone either. I brought home about 2 cups of the stuff.
