James is much better now. He is almost back to normal. I am so grateful. I really hope that he sleeps past 5:30am tomorrow morning.

Today I went to my friend MaryBeth's house to try out the road bike that she is going to lend me for the triathlon. It is very different to ride on that thing with really narrow wheels compared to riding on my regular hybrid bike. The shifting is also very different. I am looking forward to taking a long ride on it. I think I am going to look into renting a road bike for the triathlon in Maryland -- much easier than shipping a bike!
