Here are pictures of mile 2 and 3 of the Canyon. It is really beautiful. By the time I hit these areas, the haze had burned off and the air was crystal clear. The second picture is a picture of a saguaro skeleton. The old ones don't just fall down when they are dead -- they lose their green covering and just the ribs stand up.
